Shipping & Delivery

Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Estimated processing time is 1–3 days before your order is dispatched.

Processing time is additional to delivery time, and some orders take longer — for example when stock needs replenishing, or when carrier or customs delays hold a parcel up.

Standard shipping to addresses in the United States is free.

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–11 days. These figures are estimates, not guarantees — we are unable to promise a specific arrival date for any order.

When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
